OANDO PLAGUED WITH BOARD ROOM CRISIS

Atlantic Ocean Services Limited and two other firms have dragged Oando Plc and others to court over alleged marginalisation of minority shareholders in another firm, Gaslink Nigeria Limited.

The other firms are Owel Petroleum Limited and Patriot Investment Limited, according to Daily Independent.

The plaintiffs had sued Oando and directors of Gaslink as respondents in the suit.

The listed directors are; Jubril Adewale Tinubu, Mobolaji Adeyemo, Omamofe Boyo, Tunji Ladoja, Chief I.B Ochonogor.

Wale Tinubu and his firm, Oando are the majority shareholders in Gaslink while the petitioners are minority shareholders.

A Federal High Court in Lagos has fixed January 30, 2015 for ruling on the petition filed by the firms.
